Abdulaziz Alshamsan is an engineer by education, with more than 21 years of experience working with Saudi Telecom Company, Ministry of Labour taking care of Marketing, Customer Experience, Digital transformation, and eCommerce.

In his current role, he manages the Customer Experience Department to Develop channels of service delivery and communication between the Ministry and its customers; this includes customer care and social media engagement. In addition, he leads all marketing activities & corporate communication in the Ministry.
