Mariana De Marchi
Head of Customer Experience, Qualicorp Mariana is a young professional who holds a degree in International Relations from York University and a Master in Business Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, being one of the first professionals in CX in her country. She is one of the few CCXP in Brazil and has over 15 years of experience in Customer Care and Customer Experience.

Over the past ten years, Mariana has worked mainly with Customer Experience Strategy and Culture, supporting companies in multiple industries with their transformation towards a customer, data and innovative driven mindset.
Mariana has worked for companies such as XP, BRF, everis, 99 and PRAVALER. She is currently the Head of Customer Experience at Qualicorp, a large company in the Health industry.
Her purpose is “to transform people's lives through amazing experiences” - especially her 1 year old, João Pedro.
