About this Speaker
Michael Grund is Professor for Marketing and Head of the Department for Marketing and Business Communications at the University of Applied Sciences (HWZ) in Zürich. After his Ph.D. in Marketing he spent some years in the telecommunications industry in Switzerland before joining HWZ in 2006, where he is course director of the Executive MBA – Marketing program, the MAS in Customer Excellence and member of the board. He teaches in different Master programmes and is heading consulting projects in different industries since more than 20 years.
