About this speaker
Natalie has co-set up the human centred design discipline at Swisscom. She acted as the Co-Creator of the new candidate experience, which won several awards in the German-speaking region of Europe. She was responsible for Human Centred Design at HR Group, B2B and for Rapid Prototyping & User Testing at Swisscom Group. Today, she works as an independent CCXP such as a CX lecturer at a Swiss University. She is co-author of the The Design Thinking Playbook and The Design Thinking Toolbox.
