Currently a DEVP (Deputy Executive Vice President) of Customer Experience (CX) & Digitalisation at Telkom Indonesia, the largest telco with over 200 Million subscribers base.
Sri is a leadership expert who delivers high-energy presentations that challenge audiences to leverage their focus and pay attention to what matters most at work and in life. She has spoken in many international forums, including Telco AI Summit Europe in London, TM Forum Digital Transformation World in France, Digital World Summit in Singapore, and other international forums and summits in Brunei, Thailand, and Malaysia.
Beginning her career as a country Manager of Infonet Services Corporation, Sri’s portfolio included as a Project Director under Chief Innovation Strategic Portfolio Office where she developed strategic partnership with Australia telco, Chief Marketing Officer of Telkomtelstra (a subsidiary of Telkom Indonesia and also a joint venture company of Telkom Indonesia and Telstra Australia) and Project Director Customer Experience Transformation.
Sri has been awarded a number of prizes and honours, such as the Top Global CX Leaders 2020, a Regional Executive Leadership Award in 2018, Women Leadership Award in 2017, and Most Influential Brand Leaders Award in 2016.
When not speaking or training, Sri can be found cycling with her most iconic folding bike. She also considers herself a slow runner.
