Human to human is number one trend in CХ. People for people, human, but not customers or business relationship with customers. Automation is on the other side of the spectrum. Companies are removing people and replace them with robots, saving money. Is there a contradiction here or two trends complement each other? How can we get the best of the two worlds? Let’s discover! This is not a presentation, rather an open discussion. Alexey will share his insights and invite the audience to participate and find their own answers.

1. Human to human – тренд последних нескольких лет в СХ. Люди для людей. Человеческие, а не клиентские или бизнесовые, взаимоотношения.
